• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, abd8 may restart or void that round.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be returned.

For any disputes or complaints regarding your use of abd8, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Abd8 will respond to submitted complaints within 7 business days.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, the game provider's log data will be considered the definitive record.
• Proof of transaction must be provided in the event of a payment dispute.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through abd8's internal process, third-party mediation may be sought.
